The Art of Giving (TAOG) offers a beautiful and meaningful way to give well and give back. The Art of Giving is dedicated to a simple proposition – art enriches life and art for charity enriches life immeasurably.

Buying from The Art of Giving is truly a gift that keeps on giving.  What could be better than buying something you love for yourself or another knowing that your purchase extends far beyond yourself to help others truly in need.  When you purchase art from TAOG a percentage of each sale, from 10-25%, is donated to one of the following charities: Room to Read, Mercy Corps, Oregon Humane Society or Oregon Food Bank.  You choose which charity you want to support with a tax deductible donation when you make a purchase. When you make a purchase, your name and donation amount will be sent to your selected charity, so they may send you a confirmation of your donation for tax purposes. These are charities we personally support, each address a different cause or population in need and they all have excellent rankings from Charity Navigator.  

The art and artists on our site are chosen for the beauty of their work, their tremendous talent, the acclaim they receive and their generosity to donate a percentage of each sale to charity.
